Join us for our annual hackathon on November 15-16, 2025 in Coover Hall! SwanHacks brings together students passionate about innovation, learning, and social impact to code, create, and collaborate on Iowa State’s campus. Expect exciting rewards and plenty of engaging activities throughout the event!
Requirements
Participants will focus on Tech for Social Good, developing a functional application that addresses real-world challenges and creates a positive impact on society. Projects should aim to improve lives, strengthen communities, or promote sustainability through the creative use of technology. Each team should include:
- A Git repository link containing the project code, documentation, and other relevant materials.
- A description outlining the project, technologies used, and instructions for use.
- A live in-person demo/pitch to the judges
Teams must submit their project to Devpost before 12:00 PM CST on November 16.
